In the morning, September 24th, 2016, at the of Dong Van I Industrial Park (Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province), Japan Construction Management Jsc. and Fuji Engineering Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Japan) organized a ground breaking ceremony for the Project of Construction work of Japanese Rental Apartment and providing services for professionals and employees, support services directed to Japanese businesses.

Delegates attended the ceremony

The project has a total investment of more than $10 million on an area of nearly 12,000 m2. This is the first 100% foreign invested project in the field of hotel and service housing in Ha Nam province to provide utility services for Japanese enterprises in particular and other investment businesses in the Ha Nam province in general. The project scope consists of 03 blocks of 10-floor-building for Japanese experts and employees to hire, accompanied by supporting services for Japanese enterprises. The project operation shall meet the needs of the apartment market, contribute to complete and improve the quality of service delivery to enterprises, contribute to the budget and create jobs for local workers.

Stating at the ceremony, Mr. Yasuhara Masakazu – Representative Director of Fuji Engineering Jsc. in Japan thanked the timely attention and support of provincial leaders, departments and divisions of Ha Nam province to accelerate the quick start of the investing projects. The project shall not only meet the demand of the investor, but will also contribute to the improvement of high-end infrastructure, creating a favorable investment environment for both domestic and foreign businesses when investing in Ha Nam province.

On behalf of the provincial leadership, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Xuan Dong praised the leaders of Fuji Engineering Vietnam Co., Ltd. for overcoming the difficulties and urgently organizing the construction of the project. Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee is confident that during the construction and operation of the company, the company will achieve high turnover, well implement the policies and laws of the State of Vietnam and internal regulations in industrial zones, care for good material and spiritual life as well as the regime for workers. The Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee asked the management boards of industrial parks, departments, branches and local authorities to provide maximum support in terms of policies and procedures for the project to be implemented on schedule. Presently, 10 commitments of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee for Fuji Engineering Vietnam Co., Ltd. in particular and the investors in general to operate smoothly, effectively and successfully. Ha Nam will always be consistent in policy of attracting investment, always alongside enterprises and create the most favorable conditions for enterprises to invest in production and business.
